JONES, Tracy (nee Middlemiss) Passed away suddenly at Christchurch Hospital on Thursday May 12, surrounded by family aged 47 years. Dearly loved Mother of Jayden, much loved Daughter of Pete and Gayna. Loved Sister of Rachel and Brendon, and very good friend to Lisa. A special thanks to all staff at ICU Christchurch Hospital.
