AYERS, Phillip Arthur Gerard ‘Gerry’ –  Gerry left us peacefully, in Christchurch Hospital on Sunday 13 March 2022, after a long illness. Loving husband of Annette (nee Fowler), loved Dad to Angus, Marie Philpott, and Francis, respected father-in-law of Cole, and beloved friend to many. Grandad of Ashley, Paris, Trinity, Logan, Nikita, and Hope, and great-grandfather to Ally. Gerry will be sadly missed by his family and extended family. A private funeral service has been held.
