McEWEN, Peter John (Pete) – Passed away peacefully on September 21, 2023, surrounded by his loving family, aged 83 years. Much loved husband of Jan, devoted father, and father-in-law of Andrew and Kerryn, cherished grandad to Toby and Buster, Mike and Mykayla, and Sophie, Pop to Emily and Laura, great grandad to Oscar and Hudson, much loved brother and brother in-law to Sue and Craig, and Jan, and a treasured uncle to all his nieces and nephews. Pete will be well missed by all his friends and family. Special thanks to the team at Lady Wigram Retirement village for their fantastic care of Pete. In accordance with Pete’s wishes a service to celebrate his life will be held, followed by a private cremation.
