WARD, Murray James:

Passed away peacefully, March 5, 2025, surrounded by love and laughter, aged 79 years. Loving father to James, Whare (and Sarah), Beatrice (and Scott), and Annette, whom he shared with Carole, loved Granddad of Jackson (and Xandra) and Zha’Dynya, beloved brother, uncle, and friend. Murray’s family offer their deepest gratitude to the Nurse Maude Hospital Palliative Care Service staff, for their compassionate care and support.  In lieu of flowers, Murray has asked that donations be made to the Cats Protection League. A celebration of Murrays’ life will be held in our Crematorium Chapel, 65 Vickerys Road, Wigram, Christchurch, on Saturday March 15,  at 11am.
