WALTERS, Elizabeth Susan “Libby” (formerly Pearce, née Gunn)

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on July 25, 2026, aged 76 years. Dearly loved wife of Paul; cherished mother and mother-in-law of Matthew and Kerry, Hamish and Sarah, and Anna; much loved by Paul’s children and their partners, Lynda and Chris, and Steve and Kim; and cherished grandmother of all her grandchildren. The family sincerely thanks the staff of Christchurch Hospital for their compassionate care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated and may be made at www.cancer.org.nz. “Forever loved and sadly missed.” The service to celebrate Libby’s life will be held in our AvonPark Chapel, corner of Kerrs and Pages Roads, Linwood, Christchurch, tomorrow (Thursday), July 30, at 10.30am.
