Obituaries

HILL, David Cowie: passed away peacefully on January 26, 2024 age 88 years. Much loved and cherished husband of Bernadine, dedicated father and father-in-law to Joanne and Paul, Sally, Carla, Belinda and Darryl, devoted David to Sasha, Mackenzie, Matt, Jake, Kelsey, Keely, Alexandra, Olivia, Tim and Sam and to his 5 great-grandchildren.  David will be missed by all his family and friends.  Many thanks to the staff at Lady Wigram Village for their care of David.  Messages may be addressed to the late David Hill, C/- PO Box 39127, Christchurch 8545.  In accordance with David’s wishes a gathering to celebrate David’s life followed by a private cremation has taken place.
