In May we had to go through one of the hardest goodbyes any of us have had to do in our whanau. The way Karen was calm, kind, caring and helpful to our whanau meant everything. She made sure to answer all my questions any time of day. And just did so much more for us than we could have even asked for. She put our pepi in a small urn while we waited for the chosen one to arrive. The service we didn’t feel rushed managing it ourselves; I’m sure we took more time than we were supposed too, but they never made me feel rushed out. Thank you so much to you Karen, and your company. We hope we don’t see you soon! But we will see you again.

Absolutely amazing service provided. My sister and I lost both our parents 7 weeks apart; one parent was very unexpected. Karen at Wigram Crematorium was absolutely amazing. The care both of us and our family received was so appreciated. Karen was onto everything with ease and made the grieving process a lot easier knowing Karen had everything in hand the entire time.
