If I was wanting this to be any easier I don't know how I could make any suggestions. The staff I dealt with were so friendly, understanding, genuinely empathetic and very professional. I felt like I had nothing to worry about, the choices were well explained. Nina made the whole process bearable.

My father found this place on the internet before his death, and liked the look of it because of the low price. So in line with this we engaged Christchurch Crematorium Funerals to arrange his funeral for us. And not only did they have the low price, they had excellent service as well, a nice chapel and a great spread for the afternoon tea. Every aspect of dealing with them was very professional from start to end when compared to the next one we had to organise (in a different city).
